Waking Up Tired Eyes: Part II

Don't get me wrong...I love my Touche Eclat Radiant Touch eye pen but...lately it has take a bit of a backseat to my new Illuminating Highlighter pen by Tom Ford. Both have the same ability to wake up tired eyes and brighten under eyes, but lately I find myself consistently reaching for my Tom Ford pen during my morning routine.
