Coconut Cream Pie Heaven

I am not typically a coconut cream pie gal...but the one at Capital Grille has made be a believah'!! The chef reccomended it to us and he was not joking about how yummy it was. The pie had a thick buttery crust, creamy filling, and lots of whipped cream on top! It is also adorned with a crispy cookie that was lots of fun to dip! Next time you go to Capital for din make sure you treat yourself to this dessert...you will not be disappointed!!
